Marla is a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people feel confident in their bodies.
She believes Pilates should be a space where everyone feels welcome, supported, and encouraged, no matter their experience level. Marla’s sessions are designed to leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and positive about your body. She loves building meaningful connections with her clients and aims for every person to leave class feeling strong and uplifted.

Leigh
Leigh is a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor with a passion for supporting both mind and body. She believes Pilates is about more than just movement as it’s a powerful tool for mental health, helping to reduce stress, build resilience and reconnect with your body. Her sessions focus on mindful movement, breath and creating a calm supportive atmosphere. She wants everyone to leave her classes feeling stronger, more confident and feel you’ve allowed your mind to shut off for the session, leaving the busy world at the door.

Tasha is a professionally trained dancer, who discovered Pilates during her training where it became an essential part of recovery.
Through Reformer Pilates, Tasha found a deeper appreciation for mindful connection and the benefits of connecting body and breath!
Tasha's classes emphasise control, breath, and support for the body; encouraging clients to move with intention and confidence. She aims to help clients feels more at home in their bodies, both physically and mentally.

Kate brings a warm, welcoming energy to every class; creating a space where clients feel at ease from the moment they enter the studio. With a strong foundation in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and Yoga, Kate's teaching is informed by a genuine passion for heath, movement and body awareness.

Holly
After years as a competitive swimmer Holly discovered Pilates as a way to relieve lower back pain and quickly fell in love with how it strengthened both her body and mind.
She completed her classical training last year with HFE and is qualified in both Reformer and Mat Pilates. She has since been teaching beginner, intermediate and mixed level classes focused on mindful movements and helping clients feel energized and supported.
Holly believes Pilates is for everyone, and although it can seem daunting to come to your first class, she will be there to help you on your journey and take that 'you time' that everyone deserves.

Hannah
Hannah loves teaching both Reformer and Mat Pilates, having 14 years of experience in the latter. In addition she is an Osteopath and Mindfulness Teacher. She particularly enjoys teaching people returning to exercise after injury, and helping them use Pilates to unwind, de-stress and deepen their mind-body connection. Her teaching style is warm, friendly and inclusive. In addition to teaching classes at Core³, Hannah is also trains Pilates teachers for the APPI, a leading Pilates training organisation.

With over 30 years experience teaching physical activity and dance, Lou has developed a strong passion for health, wellbeing, and human movement. Lou now works as a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Pilates Instructor.
With a background in anatomy, physiology, and fitness, Lou is dedicated to helping people move with greater awareness, strength, and confidence through hands-on therapy and mindful movement.

Julie began her Pilates journey through a passion for fitness, first qualifying as a Gym Instructor before becoming a STOTT Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates Instructor. Inspired by the way pilates improved her posture and mind-body connection, Julie is dedicated to helping others feel strong and confident through mindful movement.
