PAYG or pre-paid packs are available for our Infrared Sauna sessions.
Each IR Sauna session lasts 30-40 mins (based on your heat tolerance and the program selected);
however 60-minutes is allocated for each booking. This gives you a little bit of time
before and after the session to prepare, hydrate and get changed etc.
All of our clients are members of the Core³ community and are
automatically added to the Core³ Loyalty Programme.

Our memberships are designed to offer flexibility, value, and commitment to your Reformer Pilates and Infrared Sauna journey at Core³. By signing up to a rolling membership you stay committed to your Reformer practice.

Membership plan auto renews each month.

Minimum 3-month commitment.

Membership can be paused once in a 12-month period, after the initial 3-months.

Memberships are subject to capped availability to protect class & sauna access for all members.

Booking is required for all classes and is subject to availability.

Peak-time classes, including weekends and early mornings, may have limited availability.
