Our Classes

At Core³, every class is designed to support movement, recovery, and balance - helping you feel stronger, more connected, and grounded beyond the studio. Reformer Pilates is your time to focus on you and prioritise your wellbeing. Our classes are limited to 5 people per session, so you get the support you need.  Choose from a range of classes to suit your needs.  The six Pilates principles – Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision, Centre and Flow - underpin our classes, which combine both traditional and contemporary practices and use a range of equipment (box, jump board, ball, gondola pole, resistance bands, hand weights) to ensure a full body workout.

All levels. All bodies. Everyone is welcome.

Core³ Unfurl is a Reformer Pilates class designed to support strength and mobility at an unhurried pace. This class aims to build your flexibility, strength & balance. It's a low-impact workout that helps build core strength, tone muscles, and can improve posture and bone density, which is especially beneficial during and after menopause.

Studio Policies

Grip Socks

Please wear suitable grip socks to your class. This is for your own safety. If you do not own any, or you forget your socks, we have a range of socks available to purchase in the studio.

Many clients also choose to wear grippy gloves for additional control and comfort, allowing for a more focused and stable workout.

Arrival time

Doors open 10 minutes before each class. Please arrive at the studio 5-10 minutes before the start time to ensure you are ready to begin on time. Doors are locked when classes begin and late arrivals will not be accepted to avoid disruption to the
class. If it is your first time with us, please let your instructor know.

Health & Safety

To ensure your own health and safety, please let the instructor know privately at the start of each class if
you have any injuries, health conditions (inc. pregnancy) or concerns that they need to be aware of. This is to ensure exercises are adapted according to your needs. Our instructors are first aid qualified, so you are in safe hands.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, but we ask that you cancel at least 24-hours in advance. We will not be able to refund or credit any bookings which are cancelled less than 24 hours before the class start time. If you have any questions, please email or send a message via WhatsApp.
